Payment for your order at anthokipos.gr can be made in the following ways:

    2.1 Use of credit / debit card

    You can make your payments via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners as well as using the Masterpass e-wallet.
    All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and the use of TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

    The card details are not disclosed to anthokipos.gr, only to the bank, which will process the financial transaction of your order.
    The charge to your card is recorded with Manavis Alexandros as the beneficiary, the company that created and operates anthokipos.gr. In case of a refund from anthokipos.gr due to cancellation or product returns, the account of the same credit card you used to pay for your order will be credited.

    3. Shipping / receiving methods

    At Anthokipos florist we fulfill orders every day (Monday to Sunday)
    For your shipments you can choose Same Day (Delivery Time Zone)
    1) 09:00-21:00 (any time)
    For delivery of orders at specific times, you must first contact us (after consultation).

      Anthokipos flower shop does not deliver without first contacting the recipient by phone. Mandatory telephone contact with the recipient in order to confirm his details, his address, etc.
      Attention. At our flower shop, the recipient is always contacted by phone before delivery. After consultation with the recipient for the day and time the product will be delivered.

      In case of wrong phone number and details, we are not responsible for late delivery or delivery to wrong shipping person. If the recipient is absent, or does not wish to receive the product, then the order returns to our store and you come to our place to receive your product. Each order is sent ONLY 1 time.

      Due to the preparation time of each order, your order should be registered in our system at least 2 hours before the desired delivery time.
      For example, if you want your order to be delivered between 09:00 and 14:00, you must complete your purchase by 12:00. Otherwise, it will be transferred to the afternoon route or the following day.
      Attention. Even if the system lets you place your order 1 hour before the desired delivery time, it will be executed according to the above conditions that apply to the 2 hours before.

      In case of inability to fulfill the order, within the same day, the flower shop Anthokipos is obliged to notify the customer – sender.

      On major holidays, for the timely execution of your orders, it is better to give them 1 day before. On major holidays, e.g. Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, St. Constantine & Helen, due to a large order load, there is a high possibility of a delay in terms of delivery time.

      If the recipient does not accept to receive the product then the responsibility is yours and the store is not responsible in any case for a refund, however you can collect your order from our physical store.
